Job Title: Documentation Specialist
Location: Grand Island, NY
Contract : (4+ months initial contract)
Pay Range: $20-22/hr
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Documentation Specialist to join our team on a 4-month contract basis. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product quality by ensuring accurate product inspection and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Inspect products and product labeling to ensure compliance with quality standards.
🔹 Maintain accurate electronic and physical documentation of inspections.
🔹 Use MS Office programs (Word, Excel) to input and manage data.
🔹 Ensure adherence to internal procedures and regulatory guidelines (e.g., GMP).
🔹 Collaborate with quality assurance teams and participate in continuous improvement activities.
Qualifications
✔️ Education:
High School Diploma or GED with 1–3 years of relevant experience OR
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field preferred.
✔️ Experience:
Visual inspection and/or product labeling experience required.
Prior work in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
Proficiency with MS Office programs (Word, Excel).
• Work Schedule: Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6:00 pm - 6:30 am (5th Shift)

• What are the technical and soft skills required for this position? Some computer skills helpful
• Top 3 skills you would like to see in a candidates resume? Visual inspection experience, QA experience, MS program experience
• Preference on previous work experiences industry? Work in Pharma desired, any will be of help
• Education background requirement: Minimum of HS/GED with 1-3 years of experience / Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
