Join Sweet Fish as a Video Editor!

Are you a detail-driven video editor who thrives on creating standout content for B2B Brands? Sweet Fish is looking for a Video Editor to join our growing production team and help transform raw footage into compelling podcast episodes, short, and social-ready content that drives results.

As a Video Editor at Sweet Fish, you'll work closely with our producers to create and edit high-quality video assets for a variety of clients. From long-form podcast episodes to short-form, scroll-stopping clips, you’ll have a hand in shaping how our clients show up online.

📍 This position is open to candidates currently residing in Orlando, Florida. Candidates must live within commuting distance to Winter Garden, as this is an on-site role.

What You’ll Do:

• Edit Long-Form Video Content: Turn raw podcast footage into polished, professional episodes for YouTube.
• Create Short-Form Content: Produce engaging YouTube Shorts and social clips designed to grab attention and boost visibility.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with media strategists, client coordinators, and our lead videographer to ensure videos align with strategy and brand tone.
• Deliver High-Quality Assets: Ensure each edit is creative, technically sound, and meets client expectations and timelines.
• Manage Multiple Projects: Balance a busy editing schedule across several client accounts while maintaining consistency and clarity in communication.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of professional video production and editing experience.
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator a bonus).
• Experience editing for social media and optimizing content for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Comfortable working with large RAW 4K files and maintaining high visual standards.
• Excellent sense of pacing, storytelling, and creative transitions.
• Strong communication and organization skills—you’re proactive, not reactive.
• Bonus: Experience with Descript and/or in-person production.
