We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
UiPath Program Manager with strong
Business Analyst expertise to lead and oversee UiPath automation initiatives. This role involves managing multiple automation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering on-time, high-quality outcomes. As a Program Manager, you will establish and maintain program governance, allocate resources, and manage stakeholder relationships to drive the success of our automation strategy. Your dual expertise in program management and business analysis will enable you to bridge the gap between strategic goals and operational execution while fostering collaboration across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee UiPath automation programs, managing multiple projects to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements for automation projects, translating them into actionable technical solutions.
- Lead and mentor UiPath developers and business analysts to ensure successful execution of automation initiatives.
- Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and align program objectives with organizational goals.
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and risks, providing program status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Establish and enforce program governance while maintaining compliance with UiPath best practices and security protocols.
- Continuously evaluate the performance of implemented automation solutions and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology , or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Program Manager , with a focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and UiPath .
- Strong Business Analyst skillset, including expertise in process analysis, optimization techniques, and documentation.
- UiPath Certification (e.g., Advanced Developer, Solution Architect, or RPA Architect) is required.
- In-depth knowledge of UiPath platform components, governance, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with document management systems, OCR technologies, and UiPath integrations.
- Experience in the design and execution of large-scale automation programs in diverse industries.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience leading Agile teams.
- Expertise in cost analysis, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
