About the Company - We Are Looking for the Best – Are You One of Them? myhomeIQ is seeking a top-tier, high-performing sales executive who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment. This is not a role for the average salesperson. We need a proven closer with a track record of success in B2B SaaS sales, someone who knows how to sell software over Zoom, and preferably has experience in the real estate or mortgage industries.

About the Role - Key Responsibilities

  • Work inbound leads, Identify and prospect loan officers and mortgage companies that can benefit from myhomeIQ’s platform.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demos over Zoom to convert prospects into paying customers.
  • Proactively follow up with leads, overcome objections, and close deals with a strong, repeatable process.
  • Convert free users into high-value, paying clients, ensuring long-term engagement and retention.
  • Build relationships that drive referrals from loan officers and real estate agents, increasing market penetration.
  • Accurately forecast and manage the sales pipeline, consistently hitting and exceeding monthly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging, optimize the sales funnel, and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

  • A proven track record of success in B2B SaaS sales, preferably with real estate or mortgage industry experience.
  • Experience selling software over Zoom, with a strong ability to communicate value and persuade decision-makers.
  • A relentless drive to win, with a history of exceeding sales targets and outperforming peers.
  • The ability to manage leads, self-source opportunities, and understand the enterprise sales process.
  • A data-driven approach to sales strategy, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance sales culture where only top performers succeed.
  • A deep understanding of sales psychology, objection handling, and closing techniques.

Pay range and compensation package - A highly competitive compensation structure with uncapped earning potential. Top performers will earn between $175,000 - $230,000 per year.

This role is not for those who: Avoid making calls and hesitate to aggressively follow up. Require micromanagement or need constant direction. Make excuses instead of hitting targets. Are not comfortable selling in a competitive, fast-moving SaaS environment.
