About Us
At Dimer Instruments we’re on a mission to revolutionize laboratory and process analytical tools for the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries. Our multi-modal light-based instruments and desktop applications turn raw measurements into actionable insights, enabling scientists and process engineers to make data-driven decisions and satisfy stringent regulatory requirements. At Dimer you’ll be working with a high-quality, high-performing, highly collaborative, and enjoyable team of Engineers and Scientists to create products that make a difference in the world. We have fun while we’re creating great products.
Summary
We’re seeking a passionate Software UI/UX Designer to own the end-to-end design of complex scientific workflows. Our primary software is a windows-based desktop application for data collection and analysis, but the position’s scope also includes the instrument’s SW interface. You’ll translate deep domain requirements into intuitive, efficient interfaces, establish best-in-class UX practices, and build tooling and design systems that scale across products. We want someone who measures success quantitatively, iterates quickly on real user feedback, and refuses to “breathe their own exhaust” by always listening to customers first.
