School Health Office RN Contract Details:

- $44 - $47 an hour

- Schedule follows the school district calendar

- Health Room (Full-Time)

- $3,000 Sign-On Bonus

As a School RN, you will:

- Provide direct nursing care to students, including first aid, medication administration, and health assessments.

- Develop and implement health plans for students with chronic conditions.

- Promote a safe and healthy school environment.

- Serve as a key resource for students, staff, and families regarding health-related concerns.

- Travel between assigned schools (all within close proximity).

- Schedule follows the school district calendar

- RN will see students on an as-needed basis in the school health office

- Work in collaboration with the school interdisciplinary team and student guardian(s) to promote physical and emotional safety and wellness

- Nurse will be working in collaboration with the school interdisciplinary team and student guardian(s) to promote physical and emotional safety and wellness

Duties will include but are not limited to:

- Providing healthcare to students with acute or chronic health problems

- Conduct screenings and write referrals for health services or treatment

- Maintaining Student Records while complying with state and federal screenings

- Promoting education and wellness initiatives

Oregon RN License

- American Heart Association BLS

- Prior school setting or pediatrics experience preferred

- Strong communication and organizational skills
