We are expanding and seeking a Sales Consultant (Product Consultant) who is ready to represent a company that lives by one motto:

The Opportunity

As a Pride Sales Consultant, you’ll be handed the keys to success—literally and figuratively:

- An existing portfolio of law enforcement, fire, and utility accounts

- An unlimited territory (yes, really)

- A salary + commission structure with first-year earning potential of $120K+

- One-on-one onboarding, admin and sales support, and direct access to decision-makers

Whether it’s a fast-turnaround project or a government RFP, you’ll own the process from consult to close, shaping critical vehicle solutions that serve real heroes in the field.

What You’ll Be Accountable For

- Building and managing relationships with public safety, utility, and municipal clients

- Creating quotes, proposals, and build sheets with accuracy and confidence

- Serving as a trusted advisor, guiding clients toward the safest and most efficient vehicle configurations

- Collaborating closely with estimators, technicians, and your internal team to exceed expectations

- Owning the sales cycle—whether it's a fast close or a multi-month RFP

- Making judgment calls, prioritizing client needs, and solving challenges creatively

What Makes You a Fit

- 2-3 years of sales experience in any industry with a history of hitting performance targets

- Consultative mindset—you care about the client’s mission as much as the sale

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Able to manage details, multitask, and operate with high integrity

- Bonus points for experience in automotive, fleet, law enforcement, or municipal sales—but not required
