Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, mentor, and manage administrative staff with a focus on performance, development, and teamwork

Oversee day-to-day office operations including reception, mail handling, supplies, and equipment maintenance

Ensure compliance with workplace safety, ergonomic, and organizational policies

Coordinate facility and vendor needs including workspace setup and equipment logistics

What You Bring:
High School diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree a plus)

At least 4 years of experience in office administration

Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and relevant regulations

Proficiency with standard office technology and tools

Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance
