Job Description

General Summary:

This position works closely with the Business users and provide application support for the Engineering Applications including CATIA, Teamcenter, Teamcenter Integration for CATIA (TCIC) and Tc Vis. Also works closely with the PLM Product Development team in identifying and defining key business process flows as well as managing all associated data, document requirements and coordinate functional evaluations for maintaining or enhancing the current systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Monitor IS ticketing system, Manage the ticket priority, Escalation and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and provide Application and Process Support for CATIA, TCIC, Teamcenter and Teamcenter Visualization.
2. Design and Develop CATIA Customization solutions.
3. Responsible for the administration of CATIA and Teamcenter Environments.
4. Contribute to Enhancing the Application and User Experience.
5. Manage and administer the Teamcenter dispatcher services.
6. Work with development team to help develop the test cases and perform Regression testing and User acceptance testing.
7. Develop/update support documentation for both the internal team and end-users.
8. Prepare internal and external reports in support of Product Support initiatives. Maintain databases and provide quality oversight to ensure data is consistent and accurate.
9. On-boarding and Off-boarding of User Accounts
10. Work with leadership team to create and enhance vision and strategy for PLM in the eco system of other Enterprise applications.

Education, Work Experience, Certification and/or Licensure:

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field required
2. Master’s degree is preferred.
3. 8+ year’s direct work experience with PLM Systems, Strategy, Roadmap, Implementation and Support.
4. Experience in Aerospace Industry is preferred.
5. Experience in Product and Engineering processes related to PLM Solutions.
6. Experience with CATIA, Teamcenter, TCIC, and TC Vis with development tools and processes with PLM information system infrastructure components.
7. Experience in CATIA Scripts development.
8. Experience in Teamcenter Administration.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

1. Handle Production support issues and provide satisfactory resolution per Service Level Agreement.
2. Help maintaining the PLM system with the 100% uptime.
