Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer physical therapy interventions, including exercises and modalities, to improve patient mobility and function.
• Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and effective discharge planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with medical standards

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license
• Strong patient care skills with a focus on outpatient therapy
• Strong manual therapy skills
• In-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology
• Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation
• Experience in discharge planning and developing care plans
