Job Description

Title: Personal Stylist

Location: Dallas, TX

Compensation: $150-170,000 + medical benefits + 3 weeks PTO

Schedule: In person Mon-Fri 11:00 - 7:00 asking flexibility around travel and events

An Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) family is seeking an experienced and highly organized Personal Stylist to oversee and manage their personal wardrobes. This individual will work closely with the principals to curate and maintain an impeccable wardrobe, manage styling needs, and ensure a seamless fashion experience for all occasions. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, a deep understanding of luxury fashion, and strong relationships with designers and personal shoppers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Wardrobe Management: Organize, catalog, and maintain an extensive wardrobe, ensuring all items are in perfect condition and properly stored.
  • Styling & Outfit Coordination: Plan and coordinate outfits for daily wear, special events, and vacations based on the principals’ preferences and the occasion.
  • Fashion Trends & Market Research: Stay abreast of current fashion trends, designers, and upcoming collections to provide expert recommendations.
  • Designer & Personal Shopper Liaison: Schedule and attend private appointments with designers, personal shoppers, and luxury boutiques to secure exclusive pieces.
  • Packing & Unpacking: Strategically pack and unpack for all travel, ensuring the principals have appropriate attire for each destination and event.
  • Event Dress Code Advisory: Provide guidance on dress codes for all social engagements, galas, and events.
  • Alterations & Maintenance: Coordinate tailoring, alterations, and wardrobe upkeep with trusted specialists.
  • Inventory & Closet Organization: Maintain an up-to-date digital wardrobe inventory and oversee seasonal rotations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Design Assistant, apprentice to a recognized fashion designer, or assistant to a Creative Director.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of high fashion, luxury brands, emerging designers, and seasonal trends.
  • Network: Established relationships with top designers, personal shoppers, and luxury boutiques.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to anticipate fashion needs.
  • Flexibility: Ability to travel and adapt to a dynamic schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Professionalism: Strong communication skills and the ability to work discreetly in a high-profile environment.
