Job Description:

As a Detail Painter, you will be responsible for performing precision painting tasks, focusing on intricate and fine details to ensure the highest standards of quality are met. The ideal candidate will have experience in working on detailed painting projects, using various techniques to achieve smooth, uniform, and flawless finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Surface Preparation: Clean, sand, and prime surfaces to ensure proper adhesion of paint.
• Detailed Painting: Apply fine layers of paint, ensuring a smooth, consistent finish, and focus on intricate details, such as trims, edges, and designs.
• Mixing Paints and Coatings: Accurately mix and match paints, stains, and coatings to achieve desired shades and textures.
• Inspection & Quality Control: Inspect painted surfaces to ensure they meet company standards and resolve any imperfections.
• Safety Protocols: Follow safety procedures for the safe handling of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including lead painters and project managers, to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Tool Maintenance: Maintain and clean tools and equipment after use
