About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt to support strategic transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple business units. In this highly visible corporate-level role, you will lead high-impact projects, mentor Green Belts, and drive operational excellence by implementing Lean methodologies and Six Sigma tools to achieve sustainable business results.

This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration, a deep understanding of process improvement, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide Lean and Six Sigma projects with measurable cost, quality, and efficiency improvements.
• Coach and mentor Green Belts and project teams through DMAIC, Kaizen, and other Lean tools.
• Identify process improvement opportunities across business functions using data-driven analysis.
• Partner with business leaders to define project scopes, objectives, KPIs, and change management strategies.
• Facilitate value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and solution development workshops.
• Drive standardization, simplification, and automation across functions and geographies.
• Monitor project progress, report outcomes, and ensure sustainability of implemented solutions.
• Deliver training on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to various teams and departments.
• Build a continuous improvement culture by influencing leadership mindset and employee engagement.

Qualifications

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience leading Lean Six Sigma projects in a corporate, manufacturing, or operational environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean principles, statistical tools, and data analysis (Minitab or equivalent software).
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and deliver measurable results.
• Excellent problem-solving, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience with operational excellence frameworks, change management, and strategic project delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in global or multi-site environments.
• Background in manufacturing, industrial services, supply chain, or healthcare operations.
• Exposure to ERP systems, process automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
