About the job

This candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune configuration, endpoint security, and mobile device management solutions. The consultant will be responsible for deploying and managing Microsoft Defender, Intune configurations, and security controls across both desktop and mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Configure and manage Microsoft Defender for Endpoints to implement ransomware protections, directory exclusions for servers, developers, and database machines
• .Implement Control Flow Guard (CFG) to enhance application security
• .Configure Windows Defender Firewall policies and settings to protect endpoints and networks
• .Implement App and Browser Control settings including reputation-based controls, browser isolation, exploit protection, smart app control, and URL defense
• .Manage Device Security settings such as core isolation, security processors, secure boot, and data encryption
• .Configure Account Protection measures including dynamic locking, sign-in options, and synchronization settings
• .Deploy and configure Endpoint Rights Management (ERM) for Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• .Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) for county-owned mobile devices using Microsoft Intune
• .Oversee Mobile Application Management (MAM) for Bring Your Own Devices (BYOD) to ensure proper security and access controls
