Job Title: Marketing Specialist (Part-time to Full-time)
Job Summary: Sunseeker North America, Inc. (an industry leading outdoor power equipment company) seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of digital and traditional marketing techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
· Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive insights.
· Create compelling content for marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, social media, and advertisements.
· Manage and optimize SEO/SEM efforts to improve online visibility and website traffic.
· Oversee social media strategy and engagement to build brand loyalty and customer relationships.
· Analyze campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights.
· Collaborate with internal teams, designers, and external agencies to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
· Monitor and manage marketing budgets to ensure cost-effective strategies.
· Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Requirements:
· 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related role.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, PPC, and analytics.
· Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
· Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
· Knowledge of CRM and email marketing platforms.
· Previous experience in B2B or B2C marketing.
· Experience in the outdoor power equipment category is a plus.
