Position Overview:

We are seeking a Marketing Manager with 3-5 years of experience to lead and implement various marketing strategies. As a key member of the team, you'll manage digital campaigns, create engaging content, and collaborate across departments to ensure marketing strategies align with business objectives. This role offers plenty of room for creativity, independence, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies, create compelling content, and manage posts across multiple platforms to engage with our audience.

Digital Advertising: Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns (including Meta and Google Ads, PPC, and LSA campaigns) to maximize results and drive ROI.

Content Creation: Design and produce creative content for social media, websites, email newsletters, and other marketing materials that resonate with our target audience.

Advertising Campaigns: Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel advertising campaigns, including radio, print, and gas station ads, to increase brand awareness.

Analytics and Reporting: Track and assess marketing campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and offer actionable insights and recommendations to improve strategy.

Brand Management: Ensure the brand's voice, identity, and messaging are consistent across all marketing channels, creating a unified experience for customers.

Market Research: Conduct research to stay informed on industry trends and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with different teams to align marketing strategies with overall company goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

Experience: 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably within the home services or similar industries.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Skills:

Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Strong understanding of social media best practices and trends.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actions.

Creative thinker with an eye for compelling visuals and messaging.
