Palmiye, a leading company in Four Seasons Outdoor Living Areas, seeks a creative and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with experience in social media management and digital advertising. The candidate will work remotely, helping to increase the brand's visibility, generate engaging content, and manage effective advertising campaigns to promote our products and services.

Social Media Management :

• Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts 
• Create engaging visual and written content for each platform (photos, videos, graphics, etc.).
• Post regularly to increase brand engagement and visibility.
• Interact with followers by responding to comments, and messages, and fostering conversations.

Digital Advertising :

• Design, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads, etc.).
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize results.

Collaboration with the Team :

• Suggest recommendations and adjustments based on campaign data and metrics.
• Propose new content ideas and innovative ad campaigns.

• Previous experience in digital marketing, specifically in social media and online advertising.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
• Strong visual and written content creation skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and adjust campaigns accordingly.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
• Experience in the home design or outdoor living industry is a plus.

• This is a remote position, but effective communication with the Irvine, California team is key.
• Flexible hours, but availability for occasional virtual meetings during U.S. working hours (PST) is required.
• The position is part-time, approximately 20-25 hours per week.
