Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow, safety compliance, and high team performance. This role supports the Warehouse Manager in managing staff scheduling, reporting, and productivity metrics while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead warehouse associates to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor associate productivity and coach for continuous improvement and safety compliance.
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and operational planning in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager.
• Manage inventory levels, track supply usage, and support cost evaluation and pricing.
• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and drive workflow improvements.
• Support floor-level troubleshooting of packaging projects and provide ongoing assistance.
• Maintain compliance in areas including payroll, injury reporting, performance reviews, and employee recognition.
• Foster strong relationships with peers, team members, and management across the organization.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or a supervisory role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively multitask.
• Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable analyzing general business and operational information.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Standing, sitting, and walking required occasionally throughout the shift.
• Must be able to work in warehouse temperatures ranging from 65°F to 85°F.
• Moderate noise environment.
