An urgent opportunity has opened for a seasoned Construction Superintendent to join a top-tier Florida-based General Contractor in West Palm Beach. Known for crafting iconic luxury high-end homes, from $15M-$50M in value and 10,000-25,000 sqft, all along the coast from Palm Beach up to Stuart. This recognised firm is gearing up for major projects breaking ground in Q3 2025—and they need a construction leader ready to be able to really hit the ground running.
You’ll take full charge of day-to-day site operations, leading complex, high-end residential builds from start to finish. This role demands sharp coordination, strong technical know-how, and a passion for craftsmanship. You’ll work closely with architects, designers, engineers, and exacting clients to deliver flawless results on schedule.
Candidates must have 5–10+ years of experience managing luxury residential or coastal projects in Florida, deep knowledge of high-end finishes, and strong blueprint-reading and scheduling skills. Procore fluency, OSHA 30, and a firm grasp of Florida building codes are essential.
