Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 + Bonus

A vibrant, high-end restaurant within a bustling hotel is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to lead kitchen operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned chef with a passion for upscale cuisine, strong leadership skills, and experience managing high-volume kitchens.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all culinary operations, ensuring excellence in food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 40+ kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate on menu development, maintaining an innovative and seasonal approach.
• Manage food costs, inventory, and vendor relationships to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Executive Sous Chef, or Executive Chef .
• Proven success in leading a $4M+ restaurant operation .
• Background in upscale dining with a strong focus on quality and guest experience.
• Exceptional leadership, team-building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
