Job Description

Are you a sales superstar with a passion for hospitality? We’re looking for an energetic and results-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the charge at a dynamic property. In this role, you'll be at the helm of driving revenue growth, building lasting client relationships, and positioning the property as the go-to destination for both corporate and group travelers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Drive Sales & Revenue – Lead the charge in increasing sales and profitability while providing guidance and support to the entire team.
  • Lead & Inspire – Motivate and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed goals. Your leadership will be key to their success!
  • Strategic Planning – Develop and execute quarterly sales and marketing strategies to increase market share.
  • Customer Focused – Use industry insights to identify key target markets, and creatively position the property to meet customer needs.
  • Prospecting & Networking – Engage with new and existing clients through sales calls, networking, and e-communications. Grow the property’s footprint through new business development.
  • Travel & Outreach – Represent the property at trade shows, client meetings, and networking events—both locally and nationally.
  • Collaborate for Success – Work closely with the hotel’s leadership team to align pricing, marketing, and revenue strategies for maximum profitability.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience & Skills:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong background in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and hit revenue targets.
  • Familiarity with hospitality sales systems or tools is a bonus.
  • Ability to travel locally as required.

Education:

  • A high school diploma is required.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management is preferred but not required.
