Job Description

**Position is 100% remote, however candidates need to be local in San Antonio, TX**

Requirements:

• One year of inbound call center experience servicing loans and credit cards in bankruptcy status, as part of a deceased customer's/member's estate, and in charged off status
• Will accept bankruptcy experience only.
• Charge off experience with bankruptcy is a plus.
• Outlook email system, Slack message system, & ability to learn account access system trained inhouse

Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound calls from client members needing service on their loans and credit cards.
• Servicing includes taking payments over the phone, providing balances, requesting statements, payoff letters, paid in full letters, helping members enter into a settlement to resolve their debt.
• Job requires strong communication skills, ability to research accounts using multiple systems while balancing a conversation with a member, and most importantly having an excellent attendance record.
