Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Aftermarket National Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will focus on strengthening relationships with existing customers to increase their purchases of replacement parts and services. This position will primarily involve phone-based outreach, with some limited travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify and fulfill their needs for replacement parts and services.
  • Utilize ERP software (NetSuite preferred) to track sales activities and manage customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the aftermarket business.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Attend internal and external meetings as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-4 years of sales or business development experience, ideally in a related industry.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent multi-tasking skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • A collaborative team player who works well across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work under time constraints with minimal daily direction.
