Accounting Tax Support – Accounting/Finance Students & Recent Grads

📍 On-site | Full-time in Summer, Part-time rest of year

$24/hour

We’re seeking a highly motivated individual to support a corporate Tax team with reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks. Ideal for recent Accounting or Finance grads, or students within 12 months of graduation.

Schedule:

• ~40 hrs/week during summer months
• ~20 hrs/week during the rest of the year (subject to business needs)

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and support various U.S. tax work papers
• Assist with deferred tax and tax provision calculations
• Contribute to internal reporting and compliance documentation (e.g., SOX binders)
• Handle ad hoc requests and general admin support

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong GPA and academic foundation in tax/accounting principles
• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and a strong communicator
• Team player with excellent time management skills
