Mountain Christian School is a private, Christian school operating in the beautiful White Mountains of Northern Arizona. We are a very small K-8 school with about 140 students serving our community. Our mission is "partnering with parents to provide a quality academic education integrated with a Biblical worldview". We do that by focusing on small class sizes, positive school culture, and a strong school community.
We are seeking a full-time elementary teacher for the 2025-2026 school year.
We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic lower elementary teacher to cultivate and foster the social, emotional, and academic development of the students. Elementary teaching involves planning, implementing, and assessing lessons that correlate with the school’s established curriculum and meet the needs of all students. The teacher must have a thorough understanding of effective teaching practices and how to practically apply them in a lower-grade classroom setting.
Role Description
