SALARY:
$25–$30 per hour
SCHEDULE:
Full-Time or Part-Time (30–40 hours/week), Monday–Friday, flexible start between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Temporary-to-Hire
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage billing and invoicing processes with accuracy and timeliness
• Enter data into QuickBooks and maintain up-to-date financial records
• Write checks and process payments
• Collaborate with internal team to ensure smooth financial operations
• Complete QuickBooks test as part of the hiring process
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Minimum 2 years of recent bookkeeping experience
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (testing required)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Comfortable working in a small office environment
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
The position performs general office duties in a quiet, temperature-controlled office setting. Minimal physical exertion required.
