Our client is looking for Assembly Operatives on a permanent basis to join a leading manufacturer in Laconia, New Hampshire, specializing in safety-critical components for the aerospace and defense industries. As a direct hire, you will be responsible for assembling complex systems used in high-stakes applications that support national defense and aerospace efforts.
Key Responsibilities - Assembly Operative:
· Assemble high-precision components according to detailed blueprints and technical specifications.
· Conduct quality checks to ensure that all assemblies meet strict standards.
· Follow standard procedures for handling, inspecting, and testing components.
· Troubleshoot minor assembly issues and recommend improvements.
· Maintain accurate records and ensure that all required documentation is completed.
Skills & Experience - Assembly Operative:
· Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
· Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
· Ability to lift up to 40lbs and perform physical tasks.
· Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
