Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Workplace Coordinator to support onsite operations during a key office move and transition. This role is a critical partner in creating a clean, organized, and welcoming environment—and will serve as the face of the office during scheduled hours. This is an in-person role ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, taking ownership, and making things run smoothly behind the scenes.

We need someone who can work a flexible schedule, 20-25 hours a week in the office.

This is a temporary position: 3 months, with a possible extension.

Responsibilities include:

Onsite Point of Contact

• Serve as the go-to person for onsite questions, coordination, needs, and escalations during the office transition period
• Monitor the workspace, solving any facility-related concerns that arise
• Provide ad hoc support for employee experience needs and office functionality
• Support leaders with occasional onsite visits or in office events/celebrations
• Greet guests and coordinate visitor access
• Support logistics for scheduled vendors and service providers

Office Upkeep & Supplies

• Ensure common areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked (e.g., office supplies, kitchen items)
• Partner with vendors or building contacts for maintenance or restocking needs

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00/hr
