We tell stories that drive sales, spark conversations, and light up screens—whether it’s a 30-second TV spot, a scroll-stopping YouTube series, or a rapid-fire TikTok cut. We’re growing fast, and we need someone who lives and breathes video.

The Gig

You’re a wizard in the edit bay, but you also wear multiple hats on set—production assistant, camera operator, lighting wrangler, you name it. One day you’re cutting together a prime-time commercial, the next you’re shooting behind-the-scenes content solo. You’ll push pixels and push carts, roll camera and roll with the punches.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit Like a Pro: Take raw footage to polished spots—TV commercials, YouTube ads, social cuts, and everything in between. You know Premiere (or DaVinci, Final Cut—show off your app of choice).
• Assist & Adapt: On busy shoots, support producers and cinematographers with gear prep, shot lists, and location scout sprints.
• Run & Gun: Occasionally fly solo—plan, shoot, and edit short videos end-to-end (think quick-turn social promos, product teasers, client testimonials).
• Collaborate & Communicate: Partner with copywriters, designers, and account teams to bring big ideas to life—then translate feedback into razor-sharp edits.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Research emerging trends (vertical video hacks, AI-powered workflows, VR teasers) and suggest tools or techniques that keep us one step ahead.

What We're Looking For

• Editing Mastery: 3+ years of professional video editing (commercials, branded content, documentary—your portfolio shows it all).
• Shoot-Savvy: Hands-on experience assisting on multi-camera shoots; comfortable running B-camera or gimbal when needed.
• Tech Fluent: Premiere Pro is your playground; After Effects, Photoshop, and DaVinci Resolve are familiar hangouts.
• Creative Problem-Solver: Tight deadline? Unexpected weather? Battery died mid-take? You pivot, you adapt, you conquer.
• Ownership Mentality: From concept to final cut, you own your projects—and you’re not afraid to ask “what if we tried this…”
• Team Player & Self-Starter: You collaborate seamlessly, but you also rock when you’re the one steering the ship.
• Proficient in Adobe CC Creative Suite, Davinci Resolve, 

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with After Effects motion graphics or basic animation
• Drone-licensed or comfortable piloting a Mavic
• Familiarity with social analytics (what makes Instagram Reels tick?)
• A killer sense of humor—edits should land as sharply as timing jokes
