Job Description

We’re hiring a UX/UI Designer for an onsite role in Columbus, Ohio. In this opportunity, you’ll join our client’s Corporate Employee Experience Team to drive innovation in user experience within the financial services sector.

As a key contributor, you will design and enhance digital products to align user needs with business objectives, focusing on functionality, design, and user journey. This role offers the chance to influence enterprise-level solutions and improve employee interactions with digital tools and services.

UX/UI Designer Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement elegant solutions to interaction challenges, ensuring consistency across various products and platforms.
  • Utilize your advanced knowledge of information architecture and storyboarding to create user-centric designs that improve navigation and user satisfaction.
  • Conduct data-driven analyses to inform design decisions, transforming raw data into valuable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelines, catering to a diverse user base.
  • Embrace an iterative design approach, incorporating user feedback to continuously refine the user experience.
  • Analyze market trends and user research to inform strategic design decisions.

UX/UI Designer Qualifications:

  • Over 3 years of experience in user experience design or a similar role focused on digital product enhancement.
  • Proven ability to create visually appealing and functional designs using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in designing and optimizing user experiences across web, mobile, and other digital platforms.
  • Skilled in interpreting complex data and transforming it into actionable insights.
  • Proficient in inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelines, with a track record of creating accessible digital experiences.
  • Experience in service design for large SaaS products (preferred).
  • Familiarity with design systems and mixed methods experience testing, including heuristic and usability testing (preferred).
