The incumbent would be responsible for sourcing, identifying, screening, and hiring candidates for various roles within the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and an ability to create sourcing strategies to locate candidates.

Canada Dry offer a competitive salary of $58K-$68K. Excellent benefits which include medical, dental and vision. Eligibility in benefit plans begin the first of the month after 60 days of employment. Five (5) days of sick leave; two (2) weeks of vacation accrued throughout the year; seven (7) Company Paid Holidays (pro-rated based on hire date) and a 401K Plan with employer match.
