POSITION PURPOSE:
We are seeking a hospitality focused and organized individual to join our team as a Stewarding Manager. Is responsible for managing and overseeing the stewarding department to ensure the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, food storage areas, and all back-of-house operations. This role involves managing the stewarding team, maintaining equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and supporting the culinary and food and beverage teams.
