Client in the Construction space is seeking a Sr Project Manager with experience in Healthcare Construction to work onsite in Marina Del Rey

Job Title: Sr Project Manager (Healthcare Construction)
Pay: $130k - $170k + benefits (M/D/V, 401k, PTO)
Duration: Direct/Permanent Hire
Main Duties:
* Project Planning & Execution - Oversee project setup, scheduling, and execution while ensuring compliance with budgets, contracts, and safety regulations.
* Financial & Contract Management - Manage project budgets, subcontractor change orders, and financial reporting to ensure project profitability and compliance with owner agreements.
* Quality & Safety Oversight - Implement and enforce safety protocols, OSHA compliance, and quality management plans to maintain high construction standards.
* Team Leadership & Coordination - Assemble and lead project teams, assign responsibilities, and foster collaboration between owners, architects, subcontractors, and consultants.
* Client & Business Development - Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, participate in business development efforts, and support future project pursuits.
Requirements:
* Bachelors in Engineering or Construction Management (or related field)
* Work experience in all disciplines of construction (civil, structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing) preferred
* Experience with large commercial projects; healthcare, higher education, corporate campuses, justice, science & technology is desired.
* Experience with softwares like: MS Office Suite (strong Excel), Bluebeam, Procore (construction software), Primavera P6 (scheduling)
