We’re looking to hire a Social Media Associate for our financial service and banking client. You’ll join the Social Media Team to support the day-to-day execution of various financial products and services.

• This is a 6 month (maternity leave) with the opportunity to extend.
• The role is located in Westwood, Massachusetts and is hybrid onsite 2 -3x a week.
• A background in Financial Services and/or an Agency is A Plus.
• Hourly Rate: $37hr.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of social media platforms.
• Own the social media brief creation, support Editorial Calendars, develop post copy for LinkedIn and Meta social platforms.
• Oversee the Advocacy/Social Selling Platform execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal and external partners to align integrated campaigns and initiatives.
• Leverage analytics to gain customer and channel insights and optimize social media programs.
• Work with Social Media Community Managers for content posting across multiple channels/platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Communications, Marketing.
• Hands-on social media experience including content development, distribution and/or management.
• Experience using the social media management system Sprinklr.
• Social media enthusiast of multiple social platforms such as Facebook, Facebook Stories, Twitter, Instagram, Instagram Stories, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok.
• Paid Social Media Distribution experience.
• Vendor and Agency Management experience.
