As Fleet Service Manager , you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet, while embracing the spirit of Alaska’s rugged and remote landscape.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and Manage: Oversee a team of mechanics to maintain, repair, and inspect vehicles, boats, and motorized equipment.
• Plan and Organize: Manage budgets, schedule preventative maintenance, and source parts competitively.
• Be Hands-On: Step into mechanic duties as needed while maintaining an organized, efficient shop.
• Track and Report: Maintain Fleetio records, inventory systems, and ensure DOT compliance.

What You’ll Bring:

• Current driver’s license (CDL endorsement preferred).
• Expert knowledge of diesel and gas engines, marine outboard motors, electrical systems, and welding.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and shop management systems.
• A commitment to safety, excellent customer service, and the flexibility to thrive in Alaska’s unique environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 70 pounds and perform physical labor as needed.
