Primary Responsibilities:
*
Deliver top-tier customer service throughout the repair process
*
Manage repair order paperwork and ensure accurate documentation
*
Field incoming service-related phone calls
*
Problem-solve independently and collaboratively
*
Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and team members
What We’re Looking For:
*
1-2 years of automotive service writing experience (CDJR experience strongly preferred)
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
*
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
*
Tekion (DMS) experience a plus
Schedule:
*
Monday - Friday
*
Weekends as needed
*
8-hour daytime shifts
Must reliably commute or be willing to relocate to Torrance, CA 90503.*Pre-employment background check and drug screening required.
