Job Title: Sr Network Engineer

Fulltime

Carrolton TX

Network Infrastructure

• Design, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including Juniper switches and Palo Alto firewalls .
• Optimize network performance and scalability to meet organizational demands, ensuring maximum uptime and reliability.
• Monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot network performance issues, implementing solutions to mitigate downtime or performance degradation. (e.g. LANsweeper, SolarWinds)
• Implement load balancing solutions to ensure high availability and traffic distribution across network resources, with experience in HAProxy strongly preferred.

Virtualization and Server Management

• Manage and maintain VMware environments (including Horizon, Thin Client Management, and Virtual Server Management) to support virtualization needs and on-premises infrastructure.
• Implement and optimize virtual networking components (e.g., virtual switches, VLANs, and NICs) within the VMware stack.
• Administer Server 2016-2022 environments, ensuring seamless integration with network systems and SAN infrastructure.
