What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the charge in planning, executing, and optimizing media buys across multiple platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Connected TV).
  • Develop and implement paid media strategies to achieve client goals, focusing on growth, conversion, and ROAS.
  • Collaborate closely with our creative team to align data-driven strategies with high-performing creatives.
  • Manage budgets, track KPIs, and provide detailed performance reporting and insights to clients.
  • Continuously analyze and test ad creatives, audience strategies, bidding, and placements to maximize results.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and industry shifts to ensure clients remain competitive.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of media buying experience across multiple digital advertising platforms.
  • Proven track record of scaling ad accounts with high ROAS.
  • Expertise in analyzing performance data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and experience working closely with content production teams.
  • Comfortable managing large budgets with a focus on efficiency and growth.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Passion for creative advertising and a deep understanding of the digital media landscape.
