Pay Range: $60 - $64/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design activities in cross-functional development teams to create industry leading
• experiences for our clients, teammates and the business.
• Participate in design driven programs to define insights, create solutions and advocate for
• client needs.
• Design and deliver artifacts across a variety of environments.
• Strong knowledge of design standards, industry guidelines, and best practices with the ability to push beyond to uncover new and distinctive solutions.
• Consult and collaborate with talented teams in a supportive, complex environment and develop
• an understanding of broader organizational context and goals.
• Use storytelling and persuasion techniques that build trust with partners and establish
• long-term relationships.
• Stay current on trends, theories, methods and processes.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; Figma and Adobe CS
• artifacts
• user experience design
• rich web-based applications
• Bachelor's degree in related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 2+ years of experience in the field (may include equivalent education)
• Excellent ability to communicate ideas and rationales to influence decision-making
• Strong understanding and application of industry and discipline standards
• Excellent time and issue management skills
• Experience creating artifacts and executing ideas
• Strong ability to give and accept critique, coaching, and feedback
• Proficiency in applicable software applications - Figma and Adobe CS
• English language fluency
• Experience interacting with creative teams, business owners and technical teams
• Working knowledge of engineering/development processes, particularly Agile
• Comfort level in working within a self-directed culture and navigating ambiguity
• A strong passion for improving people's lives through design.
