Behavioral Health Solutions (BHS) is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support our leadership team, including the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), in making data-driven decisions. This role will focus on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to identify key insights and support business initiatives.

BHS specializes in providing comprehensive behavioral health services for adults and geriatrics in a variety of settings. Our team fosters a collaborative culture with hands-on leadership, and we are seeking skilled professionals who share our commitment to excellence in healthcare analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with financial, operational, and business leaders to identify relevant data and metrics.
• Process, analyze, and interpret business and financial data to provide actionable insights.
• Develop and validate data collection processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Apply statistical analysis, computational methods, and data modeling techniques.
• Create financial models to support organizational decision-making.
• Develop automated reporting and forecasting tools for improved efficiency.
• Analyze trends, anomalies, and key business drivers, proactively investigating inconsistencies.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Assist with the development and implementation of business methods and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Operational Analysis, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years in an analytical role.

• Technical Skills:
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Pivot, Slicers, Power Query, Index Match, Lookups, Sumifs, Conditional Formatting, Array Formulas, VBA Macros, and advanced charting.
• Experience retrieving data from operating and financial systems such as EHRs, PMSs, CRMs, Accounting Software (Sage, QuickBooks, NetSuite), and Data Warehouses/Lakes.
• Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, Python, Tableau, or similar tools.
• General understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Initially None , with the opportunity to lead a small team of analysts in the future.
