Job Title: Senior Civil Engineer
Location: Fort Collins, CO
Salary: Up to $140k DOE

A well-established environmental and engineering consulting firm is seeking a senior civil engineer to join its Fort Collins, CO office. This role sits within the Infrastructure and Natural Resources Business Unit and supports clients across various industries by delivering effective, responsive, and safe solutions. You will play a key role in developing project solutions and addressing infrastructure needs and improvements for water authorities, municipalities, and private clients. Responsibilities include:

The Senior Civil Engineer Will Be....

• Mentoring project team members
• Managing projects and coordinating with clients
• Performing and reviewing design calculations
• Supervising figure preparation and preparing plan sets
• Conducting design modeling and preparing technical reports
• Developing project specifications, cost estimates, and permit applications
• Supporting business development activities for infrastructure-related projects

The Senior Civil Engineer Should Have...

• 12+ years of relevant civil engineering experience, including designing infrastructure, water/wastewater systems, stormwater drainage, roads, and site development projects.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) in CO
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness.
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills and can interact effectively with project team members.
