Job Description

Infosys is seeking for SAP – Security/GRC Consultant.

This position requires a lead contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle and support execution. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution and do the root cause analysis. You will guide teams on project and support processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, root cause analysis, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Required Qualifications for SAP – Security/GRC Consultant.

  • Minimum 10 Years of SAP Security/GRC experience with at least 1-2 end to end implementation experience and require strong knowledge on the below
  • Analysis, development, and maintenance of SAP Security in SAP R/3, ECC, CRM, SRM, BW, HR, &GRC (Governance Risk and Compliance)
  • creating and modifying Single Roles, Composite roles and Derived roles.
  • Implementing and configuring SAP GRC Access Controls and Process Control modules (BRM, ARM, EAM etc.)
  • Designing and implementing role structures for S/4 HANA and ECC systems based on specific business requirements.
  • Experience in Restricted role setup.
  • Experience in supporting SAP upgrade and Roll-Out projects with Business Process like AP, AR, AA, EWM with respect to SAP Security & Access Control.
  • Strong experience in implementation of Segregation of Duties (SoD)
  • Experience conducting SIT, UAT, and Regression testing for end-users prior to role and user provisioning in the Production (PRD) environment
  • Develop and implement processes in compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Role Administration, Authorizations, Securing Transaction codes & programs, User.
  • Design and implement security controls for various BTP services including authentication and authorization.
  • Design and implement IAM solutions for BTP, including user provisioning, authentication mechanisms (e.g., SSO, OAuth, OpenID Connect), and authorization policies.
  • Managing user roles and role collections in SAP BTP
  • Firefighter setup, configuration and monitoring.
  • Conducting periodic reviews, identifying & mitigating risks, measuring metrics, tracking project progress and submitting status reports.
  • User access setup and administration supporting SSO for SAP and Portal systems.
  • Experience conducting SIT, UAT, and Regression testing from SAP Security
  • Provides operational support for SAP production security incidents and enhancements including role design, authorization errors, user maintenance requests and password resets
  • Implementing Process Improvements in SAP System & Business to ensure IT processes, procedures, and standards are followed.​

  • Experience in process improvement, identifying and analyzing security issues, and recommending multiple solutions while remaining compliant with change control procedures, company policy, and auditing requirement

Location for this position is Austin, TX. This position may require travel and/or relocation.

Preferred Qualifications for SAP – Security Senior Consultant

  • Candidate should be strong in SAP Security and GRC concepts and BTP and Fiori security will be added advantage.
  • Experience in supporting Complex SAP landscapes with multiple integrations
  • Good understanding on Information Security controls and knowledge of ISO27001 controls
  • Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore
  • Flexible work timings required based on the support and project requirements.
  • Effectively communicated project objectives, periodic reports, risks & upcoming activities with stakeholders & team members spread across the globe and management
  • Conducting periodic reviews, identifying & mitigating risks, measuring metrics, tracking project progress and submitting status reports.
  • Report Security ticket status updates, escalations, Issue analysis and provide inputs to the team and client in timely manner (Daily/Weekly etc.)
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently and completing them with quality and efficiency.
