Job Description

Flybridge Staffing is currently searching for a Patient Advocate/Inside Sales representative for a client in the Boca Raton Area. This is a full-time position working onsite out of the corporate office in Boca Raton. We are looking to fill openings for two shifts: 11-8 p.m. and 9/9:30-6 p.m.

Overview/ Responsibilities:

• Extensive training is provided, and this is not a cold-calling position.
• Engage in outbound call campaigns to sell and educate customers on the benefits of the medical programs being offered.
• Overcome objections by determining what within the program could appeal to the customer the most.
• Manage inbound call volume and document all communication in CRM Salesforce.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience, such as customer service, call center, sales, or other administrative roles.
• Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly and concisely.
• Fast and accurate typing, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and understanding of modern office practices.
• Intermediate data entry within a CRM database. (Salesforce)
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple daily interactions while ensuring established processes are performed accurately.
