The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible to directly manage envelope sales with a team of Account Managers and Sales Coordinators. In addition to managing the Sales Team, the RSM will manage assigned customer accounts, direct new business development, and assist in formulating and implementing robust envelope sales strategies. This position is responsible to ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue through positive planning, direction and management of the sales team and through interaction with customers and prospects.
The RSM will be directly responsible for attaining the sales budget, as well as maintaining and increasing profitability of all customer Accounts in Chicago and Indianapolis. The RSM will drive the sales group to meet planned objectives including: sales volume, margin management, market penetration, profitability, and selling costs. The position will also support the overall sales budget and profitability of the SupremeX Enterprise and support the corporate vision, values and goals.
