Fine Jewelry Sales Specialist

Location: Fountain Hills, AZ

Please note: Retail experience is required. Enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a passion for jewelry are essential. Working Saturdays is a must!

At  Sami Fine Jewelry , we specialize in one-of-a-kind designs, unique gemstones, and custom creations. Our store, nestled in the scenic Fountain Hills, offers private sales, custom jewelry services, repairs, and watch repair—all under one roof with our in-house jewelers.

We are seeking a  Sales Specialist who not only has a love for fine jewelry but also a desire to help clients bring their jewelry dreams to life. While jewelry experience is a plus, the most important qualities we’re looking for are a passion for customer service, a teachable mindset, and the ability to work within a team . If you thrive in a creative, upbeat atmosphere and can think on your feet, you’ll fit right in!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients by asking thoughtful questions to understand their needs and desires. A natural communicator who loves making connections will find success here!
• Provide personalized recommendations, including suggesting add-ons and complementary pieces.
• Evaluate jewelry for repairs, communicate options to clients, and assist in processing repair orders. An eye for detail is key.
• Follow through on your projects, custom jewelry designs, repair orders, and thank you notes. As a salesperson, you will handle each client project from start to finish. A skill for multitasking, self-discipline, and ability to prioritize is essential.
• Maintain a well-organized space, in your own working area and the store as a whole. Ensure merchandise is tidy and showcased in its best light.
• Perform office-related tasks such as organizing supplies, maintaining records, and occasionally helping with inventory management.
• Stay updated on new jewelry trends, products, and techniques to better serve clients and support the team.
• Collaborate with the team to meet store goals and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Compensation:  Pay is based on experience and includes both an  hourly wage and  commission.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour + comish

Expected hours: 40 per week
