6 month extendable CONTRACT

Mostly onsite in Redwood City, CA

$42 - $50 per hr

*Not looking for recruiters - this is a scheduling role*

The Opportunity:

The Temp Talent Acquisition Coordinator is an intricate role within Talent Acquisition team. The coordinator will be responsible for providing quality customer service on a timely basis and interacting with clients to ensure services are accurately scheduled.

• Schedule all phone screens and interviews with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Provide other administrative support to assigned recruiters, supervisors and managers.
• Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Escort candidates during onsite interviews.
• Setting up conference rooms for seminars.

Required Skills, Experience and Education:

• Min of a High School diploma/GED
• Min of 2 years if recruiting coordination and scheduling experience
• Must have strong and recent experience with Greenhouse ATS
• Strong experience managing calendars
• Biotech, pharma or medical device experience highly preferred
• Team player with strong attention to detail and client service focus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Self-starter with good problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated organizational/time utilization skills.
• Proven attention to detail/accuracy.
• Excellent client services skills.
• Ability to work cross functionally with a wide range of colleagues at various levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
