About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal with at least one year of experience to join our legal team. This role supports attorneys in real estate transactions, document preparation, and client communication. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in drafting and reviewing real estate contracts, leases, and closing documents.
• Conduct title searches and review title commitments and surveys.
• Prepare and file legal documents related to real estate transactions.
• Coordinate closings and communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties.
• Maintain organized case files and track deadlines.
• Research real estate laws and regulations as needed.
• Handle post-closing matters, including document recording and finalizing closing binders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a real estate paralegal.
• Associate’s degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Familiarity with real estate contracts, title processes, and closing procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
