Attorney – Commercial Lending and Real Estate - Indianapolis
Amundsen Davis seeks a transactional attorney to join our expanding Indianapolis office. This position will work on a team of attorneys with a sophisticated and varied practice representing financial institutions and corporate clients. The role requires an active Indiana bar license and at least four years of relevant experience, including knowledge of commercial loan documentation, lending and real estate transactions, and creditors rights issues. The ideal candidate is detail-orientated, a self-starter, independent, highly motivated, and client focused. Excellent analytical and drafting skills are required.
