The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for media relations, a proven track record of securing press coverage, and the ability to thrive both independently and in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively develop and execute media outreach strategies
• Draft and distribute press releases, media alerts, and pitches
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify newsworthy stories and opportunities
• Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on PR performance
• Stay informed of industry trends and media landscape changes

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in public relations, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated success in securing earned media coverage
• Entrepreneurial attitude
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Highly self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Professional, team-oriented, and able to build positive working relationships
• Familiarity with media databases and PR tools is a plus
