Property Manager – $65K - $80K depending on experience – Austin TX

The Role

We are looking for a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties. You will be the first point of contact for tenants, and service providers, ensuring properties are well-maintained and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary representative for property tenants and vendors.
• Oversee tenant services, including move-ins, maintenance requests, and lease-related matters.
• Ensure all tenant improvements are completed to a high standard, working closely with contractors.
• Carry out regular property inspections and recommend repairs or improvements.
• Negotiate and manage vendor contracts
• Manage and supervise on-site staff and external service providers.
• Ensure all maintenance and operations policies are followed effectively.
• Oversee budgets, operating expenses, and financial reports.
• Review and approve invoices, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate property records, including leases, maintenance logs, and contracts.
• Assist with rent collection and lease enforcement as required.

The Person

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least five years of property management experience (commercial/MOB experience is a plus).
• Is highly organized, proactive, and confident in managing multiple tasks.
• Has strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Understands property budgets, lease agreements, and maintenance requirements.
• Has experience with Yardi and Office 365 (preferred but not essential).
• Holds a valid driving license and has access to a vehicle
